Andrew
T. Fifield, graduated from Southern
Methodist University School of Law in 1988, after receiving
his undergraduate degree from Wabash College in 1985.
He became licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
in 1989. He is licensed to practice law in the United
States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern
and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Fifield is a member
of the Dallas Bar Association; American Bar Association;
State Bar of Texas; Texas Association of Defense Counsel;
Dallas Association of Defense Counsel; Defense Research
Institute, Inc.; Association for Transportation Law -
Logistics and Policies; and the Trucking Industry Defense
Association. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury
Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Since beginning his law career, the emphasis of Mr. Fifield's
practice has been on insurance defense litigation with
a focus on defending clients in trucking accidents, premises
liability accidents and lawsuits involving product liability
issues. He represents several of the largest trucking
companies in the United States and has successfully defended
his clients in numerous jury trials involving catastrophic trucking
accidents throughout the State of Texas.
