James
K. Campbell, graduated from
the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1978, after
completing his undergraduate studies at the University
of Oklahoma in 1972 and a three year stint as an infantry
platoon commander in the United States Marine Corps. Mr.
Campbell was licensed to practice law in the State of
Texas in 1978 and he has been practicing law in Dallas
since that time. Mr. Campbell is a member of the State
Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association
of Defense Counsel, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel
and the Defense Research Institute. His practice has focused
on defense of personal injury claims, including vehicular
accident cases, premises liability and truck accident
cases. Mr. Campbell has significant experience in bad
faith litigation and he has appeared regularly before
the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission since 1983.
