| Stephen
W. Johnson, graduated from The University of Texas
School of Law, after beginning his undergraduate
studies at The University of Texas (Austin). He became licensed to practice law in the State
of Texas in September of 1966. He is a former Naval JAG
Officer. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the
Dallas Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates,
the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Dallas
Association of Defense Counsel (a former president of
that association). Since beginning his practice the major emphasis of his practice
has focused on insurance defense litigation, specifically
in the areas of professional malpractice,
premises liability, general liability, and vehicular accident
cases. He has tried over 220 civil jury trials to conclusion.
